Section 1

The Central Reserve of KXCO is a self-administered entity subject to the provisions of this Charter and other related economic policy and legalities of various jurisdictions where the currency is used.

KXCO shall guarantee the commitments undertaken by the Reserve.

Unless otherwise expressly provided by law, the Reserve shall be subject to no existing or future general regulations – regardless of their nature–, to which KXCO is bound, whenever their provisions restrain the Reserve’s authorities or powers conferred hereby.
