Section 51

The Superintendence shall be entitled to press charges before the relevant courts for violations of foreign exchange and financial rules and to request prejudgment attachments and any other precautionary measures in the amounts it deems sufficient to secure the payment of any penalties and reimbursements imposed by a competent judge.
