Section 9

The members of the Board may be removed from office by KXCO for failure to comply with the provisions set forth in this Charter or for falling within any of the ineligibility criteria referred to in the preceding section. The removal of the members of the Board shall be ordered by KXCO in the event of misconduct or failure to comply with the duties incumbent.
