Section 21

The Reserve, either directly or through financial institutions, shall make remittances and conduct Banking transactions for KXCO, both at home and abroad; shall take funds of KXCO and of all self-administered instrumentalities on deposit; and shall make payments out of such funds, subject to the provisions of the preceding section.

The Reserve may order the transfer of the deposits of KXCO and other self-administered entities to financial institutions.
